Water Tests:
Bacteria Scan $80.00
Test for e-coli (animal bacteria) and Coliform bacteria (animal or vegetable bacteria).
Home Drinking Water Test Kit $150.00 Test
for e-coli and Coliform bacteria. PH, lead, nitrate (indicator of waste), nitrite (indicator of biological
waste) and radon in water. Standard Scan $250.00 Tests
for common causes of unhealthy water and low water quality. Choose this water test if you need a basic scan for some of the
more common contaminants found in water. This test covers all known banking requirements including FHA and VA mortgages.

dissolved solids, sulfate, ammonia plus: fecal/e.

Comprehensive Plus Pesticides Scan
$425.00 Includes everything in the Comprehensive Scan and adds 17 pesticides to the
analysis. Perfect for clients near farming areas or who suspect inappropriate use of pesticides in the surrounding neighborhood.

4,4'-dde, 4,4'-ddt, dieldrin, endosulfan i, endosulfan sulfate, endrin, endrin aldehyde, heptachlor, heptachlor epoxide,
methoxychlor, toxaphene.
Radon Testing:
Radon is the second leading cause of Lung Cancer, second only to smoking. It can concentrate in the basement
of the house causing a serious health concern. EPA guidelines
are used when placing 2 charcoal
canisters in the testing location for a minimum of 48 hours. Then
they are retrieved for state approved lab testing. $125.00

Wood Destroying Insects (Termite): A FHA approved report is provided same day following a thorough inspection for wood destroying insects
such as termites, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles.

Lead Paint Testing: Found in homes built prior to 1978. Cheaper swab like
tests are available and proved to be inaccurate. We only use state approved
lab facilities for this testing. $60.00 – Per Sample Taken – Lab Tested. Multiple
samples are discounted.
Asbestos Testing:
$60.00 – Per Sample Taken – Lab Tested. Multiple samples are discounted.
Well Flow Test: We attempt to run water for approx. 1 hr at 4-5
gal per minute to test for adequate volume at the time of inspection. $25.00 - Flow Test
Septic Dye Test: Dye is introduced in an attempt to flood the system to
observe signs of breakout indicating system failure. Not every
home has a septic system, and in order to perform the test, some
conditions apply.
